James Michael Gallagher Law & Associates represents Minnesotans whose lives have been disrupted by injury, illness, disability or loss.
Most of our clients never expected to need a lawyer. They were doing their jobs, raising families and paying their bills — until an injury at work, a medical diagnosis or a sudden loss changed everything.
Our practice is focused on the areas where people need help the most: workers' compensation, Social Security disability, disability benefits, employment rights and serious injury and wrongful death claims. That focus lets us understand how these systems interact — and how to use that to our clients' advantage.
